About the role We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Systems Analyst - HR & Payroll to join the Guinness Team. This is a permanent, full-time vacancy based in our Oldham, Bower House or London, Euston Road office. We are currently working to a hybrid working style. The overall purpose of the role is to provide high quality technical and operational support to users across Guinness, improving system functionality and providing project management in relation to HR and Payroll systems. You'll be able to demonstrate: Essential: Proven experience of the use of Oracle HCM at a day-today level, including Payroll. Experience in improving and maintaining system data and ensuring data integrity. Experience of implementing process improvements using enterprise applications. Strong and proven experience in stakeholder management, ability to engage and influence people at all levels. Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical mindset and ability to identify and present problems and solutions. Good attention to detail with ability to prioritise and manage a varied workload to meet agreed deadlines. Proven experience of operational and project management. Excellent oral and written communications. Demonstrates the Guinness Behaviours. Desirable: Knowledge of process analysis techniques. Experience of the provision of systems training. Essential Qualifications: Educated to Level 6 (Degree or equivalent) or higher. Salary: If based from the London Euston Office the salary is £54,662 per annum.
