Proposal for Interior Designer & Interior Design Department Partner
We are excited to announce that The Peculiar Designer is on the verge of launching a new and innovative interior design brand. As we look to scale and take our brand to the next level, we are actively seeking an experienced interior designer to join our team and help drive the brand’s growth.
Role Overview
As an integral member of the The Peculiar Designer team, you will take on a multi-faceted role that combines both creative and strategic elements to grow the brand while ensuring we continue to deliver outstanding design solutions to our clients. Below is a summary of the key responsibilities and expectations:
Key Responsibilities:
* Brand Growth and Marketing: Assist in the continued growth and development of our brand, both locally and internationally. Support the marketing strategy by providing design insights, creating presentations, and leveraging social media channels to showcase the brand.
* Client Relations and Engagement: Engage with clients to understand their needs and offer personalised design solutions. Build long-term client relationships through exceptional communication and a tailored approach to every project.
* Project Management and Execution: Collaborate closely with our in-house construction team to ensure that the final product meets the highest standards. Monitor the progress of each project from inception to completion, ensuring timelines and quality are adhered to.
* Supplier Relations: Liaise with our suppliers to ensure we have access to top-tier, bespoke products that align with our brand vision and quality standards. Negotiate and maintain relationships to secure favorable terms and maintain strong partnerships.
* Showcase Current Projects: Take the lead in presenting our portfolio of completed and ongoing projects to potential clients. Assist with the creation of case studies and visual content to demonstrate the quality and uniqueness of our work.
* Strategic Input: Offer input on the long-term vision and growth strategies of the brand, including new market opportunities, potential collaborations, and expansion strategies.
Required Experience:
* Proven experience in interior design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your ability to deliver bespoke, high-quality work.
* Strong communication and negotiation skills for client relations and supplier management.
* Prior experience managing or collaborating with construction teams is a plus.
* While prior clientele experience is not crucial, a network of potential clients or industry contacts would be beneficial.
