We are excited to recruit for this role at Golding and appoint a Managing Agent Liaison to join our Tenancy team, where you'll be able to play a key role in shaping our future. What you'll be doing You'll act as a primary point of contact between Golding Homes, managing agents, management companies, RMC, and RTMs and/or their appointed agents as well as with any managing agents directly appointed delivering services to our mainstream housing stock. You'll ensure effective communication, collaboration, and coordination to build and maintain strong partnerships with external managing agents, monitoring performance, and holding them to account to ensure a consistent, positive experience for customers. You'll collaborate with both internal teams and external stakeholders to continuously improve service delivery, troubleshoot operational issues, and ensure compliance with our contractual obligations. You will be the voice of the customer, ensuring that their needs and expectations are met by our third-party managing agents. More about you. What can you bring? You'll have previous experience in property management or a similar role, preferably within the social housing sector. You'll have experience in contract management, partnership management, or performance management roles, ideally within a housing association, property management, or related field. You'll have a proven ability to manage third-party relationships and hold providers to account for delivering agreed outcomes, as well as experience in customer service improvement and performance analysis. Please note a full driving licence and DBS are required for this role. When and where you'll be doing it You will enjoy a 37-hour working week and earn an annual salary of circa £39,000.
