An exciting opportunity to join the Health Visiting Team as an Operational Support Officer who can support, inspire, and motivate the administration team and offer operational support to the service. You’ll play a key role in our Health Visiting Team.
The post holder will be employed by East Sussex Healthcare Trust but be part of the Integrated Early Help Service 0 -19 Service (East Sussex Healthcare Trust and East Sussex County Council).
The role is fast-paced, requiring resilience, accuracy, and the ability to work under pressure. You will be able to organise your own workload to meet the demands of a reactive and busy environment. Confidentiality must be maintained at all times, and being a good communicator is also key.

The successful candidates will provide operational support which will be face-to-face and virtual for clinical staff and team administrators, as directed by the Business Support Manager, Locality Managers, and/or Senior Management Team.
The post holder will provide training, supervision, PDR, and line management support to the team administrators.
You will assist with servicing and minuting of strategic meetings.
It is essential that you are able to demonstrate good interpersonal, verbal, and written skills and have a 'can do' positive attitude.
You will have an excellent level of IT literacy, including Microsoft Office and NHS Systems such as SystmOne, and you will be using multiple software packages.
This role will keep you both challenged and busy as you work closely with colleagues to support the clinical team.
