Description:
Analog Devices Federal LLC. is seeking a passionate, process driven operations analyst. This is an entry level position.
Key Responsibilities Include:
* Compile, manage, and maintain comprehensive process documentation for semiconductor manufacturing operations.
* Ensure documentation accurately reflects actual manufacturing processes, procedures, and workflows.
* Coordinate closely with production, quality assurance, and engineering teams to gather relevant process information and update documents accordingly.
* Monitor and verify closure of non-conformance reports (NCRs), ensuring corrective and preventive actions are properly documented and implemented.
* Assist with the preparation of compliance and audit documentation required by defense contracts and regulatory bodies.
* Maintain document control systems, ensuring all records are organized, accessible, and securely archived according to industry and security standards.
Qualifications:
* High School Diploma Required
* Highly detail oriented and solutions driven with excellent interpersonal, communication and analytical skills
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and document management software.
* Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Familiarity with semiconductor manufacturing processes, particularly those related to RF components, preferred
* Willingness to apply for government security clearance
