To provide overall leadership for the Early Intervention Service to ensure their services are integrated with and responsive to, other local service needs. To ensure (in conjunction with appropriate lead professionals) that practice within the Early Intervention in Psychosis Service meets relevant standards, is appropriate, timely, safe and follows agreed professional practice. To be responsible for the overall management of the Early Intervention in Psychosis Service and, work in conjunction with the Team Leaders, and sites coordinator of all facilities, services and processes provided therein, including accommodation and site management. To develop and monitor systems, policies, standards and procedures, that ensures compliance with best practice requirements of the Trust and County Council in line with both agencies strategic policies and the strategic plans of the relevant CCGs and NHSE. In partnership, to identify trends, strengths and weaknesses that may influence the development of the Early Intervention in Psychosis Service and to develop a culture of continuous improvement throughout the service.
