Your responsibilities will include: Acting as the Deputy, regularly taking charge of the ward and ensuring high standards of care and environment. Providing effective leadership and role modeling, offering regular direct clinical care. Working flexibly within the ward/department team to ensure standards are maintained, evaluated, and improved as necessary. Supporting clinical audits and maintaining essential nursing care standards Managing day-to-day staff operations, including appraisals, recruitment, disciplinary issues, work allocation, and training delivery.
