About the opportunity: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Technical Coordinator to join our dynamic team, working on a range of exciting residential developments. In this role, you will: Oversee the technical design and coordination of residential construction projects Manage the flow of technical information between internal teams, consultants, and contractors Ensure all technical information is accurate, complete, and delivered on time Resolve technical and design-related issues to ensure buildability and compliance Support the planning and pre-construction process by coordinating drawings, specifications, and approvals Liaise closely with design consultants to ensure adherence to planning and regulatory requirements Contribute to the continuous improvement of design and construction processes About the benefits and rewards: The salary will be dependent on the level of exposure to the residential industry. The company offers excellent opportunities and offers a basic salary in the region of up to £65k DOE. In addition to the basic salary there will be further company benefits About the requirements: Minimum of 5 years’ experience in residential construction as a Technical Coordinator Strong knowledge of UK building regulations, NHBC standards, and planning procedures Proven experience coordinating technical design for multi-unit residential projects Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Proficient in relevant design and coordination software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, Viewpoint Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively HNC/HND or Degree in Construction, Architecture, or a related discipline is preferred Commitment to inclusion and diversity
