Essential Requirements:
1. Valid UK manual driving licence and own vehicle.
2. Level 3/4 qualification, with a willingness to work towards Management Level 5.
3. Experience in Positive Behaviour Support and the care sector.
4. Supervisory or management experience.
5. Experience working with individuals with learning disabilities and autism.
6. Strong communication skills.
7. Proficient in IT and systems.
