We specialise in precision engineering and are looking for skilled Aircraft Sheet Metal Workers to be part of our expert team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-profile aerospace projects in a professional and supportive environment.
The Role:
We are seeking time-served Sheet Metal Workers with expertise in aircraft component fabrication. In this role, you will be responsible for manufacturing high-quality precision components, working with various metals, and utilizing specialized techniques to shape and form materials to exact specifications.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Fabrication of aircraft components using specialised techniques such as rubber press forming, shrinking, stretching, and other metal manipulation methods.
2. Working with small to medium-sized precision components.
3. Operating hand-held and powered tools with precision.
4. Reading and interpreting technical drawings to ensure components meet exact specifications.
5. Adhering to internal operating standards and international regulations.
6. Maintaining a high standard of accuracy, quality, and attention to detail.
7. Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and promoting best practices in the workshop.
8. Collaborating with engineers, supervisors, and team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
9. Adapting to a flexible work schedule during peak production periods.
What We’re Looking For:
1. Experience: Preferably in aircraft sheet metal work or a related field but not essential.
2. Education: A recognised time-served apprenticeship within an Engineering discipline at NVQ Level 3, City and Guilds Level 3, or BTEC national or equivalent qualification.
Skills & Competencies:
1. Proficiency in using hand and power tools for sheet metal fabrication.
2. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
3. Strong attention to detail, precision, and problem-solving skills.
4. Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
5. A flexible and proactive attitude towards learning new skills.
