They oversee lead generation, contract negotiations, client relationships, and alignment with marketing strategies. Drives sales targets, ensuring team compliance. What You’ll Do Generate leads and consistently meet or exceed sales targets. Negotiate contracts with prospective clients. Develop and implement pricing strategies for quotes, promotions, and negotiations. Deliver compelling sales presentations to a diverse range of potential clients. Align sales efforts with marketing initiatives to maximize impact. Gain a deep understanding of company markets and industry verticals to drive sales growth. Prepare and submit sales contracts, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Engage with current and potential clients to assess their needs and promote products/services. Maintain up-to-date client records within the CRM system. Address client inquiries regarding credit terms, product details, pricing, and availability. Lead and support the sales team, providing guidance and strategic direction. Commit to customer-focused quality, security, data privacy, and business continuity. Ensure policies are communicated, well-resourced, and continuously improved. What You’ll Bring Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, economics, or equivalent sales experience. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to quickly build rapport with customers and suppliers. Experience with JobWatch for various tasks. Dedicated to delivering outstanding customer service.
