The Planned Care Division is looking for a highly motivated service coordinator for the Pain Management Department. In your role you will be supporting the day-to-day operational management of a core service. This role comes at a time of positive change within the operational divisions, with the restructure of our newly formed Planned Care Division Care Group 5. You will plan and operationalise surgical, outpatients and diagnostic procedures in line with clinical staff job plans. You will participate in the inputting of demand and capacity modelling for the service in conjunction with the Service Manager to support performance sustainability for RTT, DM01 and Cancer wait times. You will work collaboratively with clinicians to draft patient experience responses. You will support the Clinical Director, Service Manager and Lead Nurse with our quality and safety agenda, to achieve an 'Excellence' status for your service area.
