We're looking to recruit an experienced customer service advisor, ideally with a background in either a contact sector, or other front line support role. You will act as the first point of contact for customers queries, orders and complaints. Looking for a friendly and reliable individual to join a fast growing team and represent the company to the highest standard.
Day to day will include:
Answering the phone and dealing with customer enquiries, giving updates on orders, answering questions regarding products and dealing with any issues or complaints.
As above, via e-mail and social media.
Escalating any issues to relevant internal team.
Conducting after sales support check ins
General data entry and record keeping
Assisting other departments where necessary
About you:
Front line customer service experience is essential for this role. Ideally you will have worked in the manufacturing, production or distribution sector but other relevant industry experience will be considered.
Friendly and approachable demeanor, with ability to remain professional at all times
Fluent in English both verbal and written
Proficient IT user, adaptable to learning new systems and processes
Able to commute to NG8
