Electrical Training Coach – 37 hours per week. Employed for 52 weeks per year – 30K-35K alongside opportunity to undertake the Assessor Apprenticeship, to gain the required assessor qualifications. The Electrical Training Coach will be based on site in Ashford, Middlesex and will be required support and facilitate working as part of a team, delivering training and coaching on our electrical apprenticeship courses. About the role: As Electrical Training Coach you will create and maintain a high quality and safe environment that enhances learning experiences. Some of your key duties will include: To train/assess/coach on a range of apprenticeship programmes across the departments. To assess training, review and record learner progress in collaboration with employers as appropriate Where necessary provide support to appropriate employers on effective coaching and mentoring in line with occupational standards. Support the delivery/training that enables individual learners to progress towards and achieve identified milestones in a timely manner, supported by fair and consistent judgement of valid, reliable, sufficient and authentic evidence.
