Job Description:
DSV is looking to recruit an Administration Specialist to work with our Fairs & Events team based in Braintree, Essex. This role will provide support to the finance and operations teams and may include international travel to assist our site teams directly.
The right candidate will play a vital role within the site administration team, supporting colleagues across all departments to enhance service delivery to customers while promoting DSV best practices.
Key Tasks & Responsibilities:
* Day-to-day responsibility for general administrative duties, including processing purchase invoices, credit control, and uploading documents to internal systems.
* Assistance with customer invoicing processes and location KPIs.
* Assistance with card payments.
* Support logistics operations administration tasks.
* Work on-site at events to support the operations team with administrative duties.
Skills and Competencies:
* Good organizational skills and effective time management.
* Methodical and able to sustain a task until completion.
* IT literate in Microsoft Office.
* Problem-solving abilities.
