Role Dimensions
1. To qualify leads and book new business appointments for the sales team to help them achieve company sales targets and improve profitability.
2. Follow up marketing campaigns rigorously to identify sales opportunities.
3. Establish new relationships by researching, adding, and developing new leads.
4. Ensure all interactions with clients and prospects are accurately recorded in Salesforce and that this information is kept up-to-date.
5. To develop a pipeline of new business opportunities.
Personal Requirements for Role
Qualifications:
1. Must be energetic with excellent communication skills (including active listening skills) and the ability to be assertive and persuasive without being aggressive.
2. Have a keen interest in technology/cloud services/IT industry.
3. Proven track record in a B2B sales environment.

2. Computer literate and experience of CRM systems such as Salesforce.
