Generally, HFOT’s hybrid approach is that after 90 days, employees spend about 50% of their time working in the HFOT office in Taunton, MA and about 50% of their time working from home, if the employee’s role and job responsibilities are suited to such an arrangement.

Note: Although HFOT offers a flexible work schedule, this position requires work in the Taunton, MA office location two or more days per week.
Position Summary
The following statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed. They are not intended to be construed as an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, duties and skills required of personnel.
The Product Logistics Coordinator (PLC) is part of the Corporate Philanthropy team, which is responsible for securing and managing capital support from corporations. Responsibilities include ordering and tracking material donations, coordinating with Construction Managers, serving as a liaison between Corporate Partners and Homes For Our Troops (HFOT), tracking and communicating gift in-kind revenue, and ensuring proper stewardship of corporate donors. Candidate must thrive in a fast-paced working environment and excel at problem solving.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
* Serve as a critical conduit between HFOT, our General Contractors, and partners and manage relations.
* Coordinate the ordering and logistical tracking of product donations in support of Homes For Our Troops home builds.
* Work directly with the Construction Team and Corporate Partners to streamline ordering procedures, troubleshoot issues, suggest product alternatives, and ensure on-time delivery of all products.
* In conjunction with the Construction Team and Corporate Partners, change product destinations, product quantities, and priorities to keep home build projects on schedule.
* Responsible for researching and advising on alternate partner and non-partner products as needed.
* Must consistently track all orders and communications for internal and external reporting. This includes monthly gift in-kind updates for the Finance Department.
* Responsible for appropriate execution of contractual agreements in conjunction with the Corporate Partnership Account Manager for each product Partner.
* Prepare up-to-date partner products for the home selection process during HFOT’s Veterans Conference.
* Assist with trade show research to include researching and prioritizing outreach efforts for prospective Corporate Partners.
* Create lead reports in conjunction with the Corporate Philanthropy Team (donor database, project-based research).
* Assist in the creation and management of the Corporate Philanthropy budget.
* Help create and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for your role.
* Manage Build Event invitation process to ensure all HFOT corporate partners are aware of HFOT community events.
* Assist with preparing summaries of corporate donor relationships (financial and historical).
* Assist with various projects or tasks within Corporate Philanthropy.
* Act as point of contact for Corporate Philanthropy team for both internal and external constituents.
* Serve on internal HFOT committees as necessary.
* Due to the nature of the work environment, it is required that all staff members perform duties beyond their job description, such as, but not limited to, answering phones, taking messages, and helping other employees when assistance is needed.
Qualifications

* Bachelor’s degree or 5 years of work-experience in logistics or project management.
* 3+ years of experience working in a client or customer-facing role.
* Excellent verbal and written communication and keen attention to detail.
* Courteous and professional communication style with strong will, great phone etiquette skills, positive and energetic attitude, and strong desire to meet goals and commitments.
* Must be a self-motivated team player with the ability to display strong leadership skills.
* Ability to quickly assess all aspects of a problem, make a decision, and implement that decision in a fast-paced environment.
* Has the ability to work with a diverse group of individuals (HFOT Executives, Corporate Leaders, Construction Managers, Veterans, Staff and Volunteers) in a team environment.
* Excellent time-management skills with the ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Desire and capability to independently initiate projects and activities.
* Able to work occasional evenings and weekends.
* Proficient in the use of computers and Microsoft Suite including, but not limited to, Word, Excel, and Power Point. Capable of learning and utilizing HFOT software programs including Classy, Basecamp, and Raiser’s Edge.
* Possess dedication, motivation, drive, and commitment.
* Ability to use discretion and independent judgment with respect to matters of significance.
Working Conditions and Physical Effort
* Work is generally performed in a typical interior/office work environment. The physical demands described here represent those that an employee must meet to perform the essential functions of this job successfully. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to lift objects weighing at least 25 lbs., sit for long periods, and may use repetitive wrist and hand motions involved in sorting and handling documents. The employee is regularly required to reach with hands and arms. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and vision. Employees will constantly have close visual contact with a computer monitor.
* Occasional travel required, including weekends and evenings.
