The Role
This role involves supporting adults with a learning disability who may or may not challenge services and/or have very complex needs in their own homes to lead independent and meaningful lives.
About you
We are looking for motivated, enthusiastic and creative individuals to offer support.
You will work a 4-week rota that includes evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
Full training will be provided including SCIP (Strategies for Crisis Intervention and Prevention); manual handling; positive behavioural support and any other bespoke training that is necessary for the person you will be supporting.
