6. Training drivers in safe manual handling techniques and conducting regular audits to ensure ongoing compliance.
7. Ensuring drivers are fully trained in completing pre- and post-use inspections, with regular audits to maintain compliance.
8. Coordinating with shift managers to provide tachograph training, including completing sign-off documentation in line with our training procedures.
9. Monitoring accident damage within the Transport function and taking corrective actions with the appropriate drivers to reduce accident levels.
10. Communicating with all drivers about the implications of drivers' hours and working time directives, including the impact on them and the business, with sign-off documentation in line with our training procedures.
11. Offering shift cover support when required in the transport department.
