We're looking for a Project Management PMO Lead to join our Natural Resources team, within a commutable distance to Falmer. In this role you'll have civils, capital projects experience and will provide strategic planning, project governance and support to the design and build activity of our new 7 year, c£1bn framework with Southern Water. Location : agile working from home and the Falmer office, East Sussex Contract : Permanent, Full Time – flexible and part time hours may be available if desired, just let us know Responsibilities As a Project Management PMO Lead you'll provide strategic planning, project governance and support to the design and build activity across the Southern Water portfolio of non-infrastructure, water and wastewater projects. Your day to day will include: Building and maintaining excellent working relationships with the client to ensure their needs are met. Creating and operating a centralised and coordinated management hub for all the projects, with the aim to create efficiencies between projects. Seeking to standardise the execution of projects in order to maintain productivity. Managing and allocating resources across projects based on priorities, schedules, budgets and more. Facilitating project planning, analysing financial information, modifying processes and ensuring proper documentation for the projects being overseen. What are we looking for? This Project Management PMO Lead role is great for you if: With similar experience as a planner within regulated utilities, infrastructure or the built environment sector, you'll also hold a degree relating to the industry. You're a senior specialist responsible for overseeing significant parts of the programme. Chartered Status in relevant professional body or appropriate professional qualification. Excellent NEC3/NEC4 contractual and commercial awareness.
