* Experience in leading engineering teams by providing technical leadership, guidance, coaching, and mentorship to foster team member development.
* Proficiency in modern software engineering for digital products, ideally with experience in Java, microservice architectures, Hexagonal software architecture, Mongo, and Kafka. Familiarity with designing and implementing modern cloud infrastructure, DevOps, and automation tools, particularly AWS, Terraform, GitLab CI, and Jenkins, is highly desirable.
* Knowledge of engineering best practices in version control and secure design processes.
* A collaborative spirit for sharing knowledge and best practices with the broader software engineering community.
* Experience working and leading in complex, multi-disciplinary environments while delivering products within specific timelines and engaging with multiple stakeholders.
