Job Description

4. Handling legislative cases
5. Recording and ordering data
6. Answering queries
7. Delivering information about the clients services
8. Dealing with outbound/inbound calls
9. Receiving customer feedback
10. Managing and handling incoming calls
11. Assessing customer needs and requirements
12. Verifying claims
13. Reporting to team manager
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate is someone who is:
14. An excellent communicator, both written and spoken
15. Organised
16. Experienced with 1 year in customer service
17. Experienced within a legal background
18. Impartial and confidential
19. Proficient in handling multiple cases
20. Eager to learn and grow with the business
21. Able to adhere to a variety of corporate regulations and internal guidelines
22. Able to cooperatively or independently work
23. Able to work within a rota schedule

25. 37.5 hour working week
26. Basic salary of £20,000 + commission

28. Rota working week: 9am-5pm/11am-7pm
