Clean Force is looking for a Team Leader to join our team!
This position is responsible for leading a cleaning team in our Supported Employment program. Being a Social Enterprise, your team may include people living with Disability / Mental Illness and/or from vulnerable and disadvantaged backgrounds, ensuring a quality of service is delivered and maintained, and that employees are appropriately trained and supported.

Responsibilities include:
* Build and maintain strong customer relations, ensuring the customer is fully satisfied with the Clean Force service.
* Ensuring all cleaning is completed in accordance with Customer Service Standards and Contract Specifications (including pre, interim and final quality inspections).
* Ensuring all allocated sites are inspected regularly, according to the site needs and Clean Force process.
* Induct, train, coach, supervise, manage frontline cleaning staff, including those from vulnerable or disadvantaged backgrounds, and/or living with a disability.
* Effectively roster, manage and backfill vacancies.
* Prioritise, organise and allocate work areas, sites and tasks to cleaning staff.
* Effectively manage employee absenteeism, performance and conduct issues, in consultation with upper management.
* Ensure all documentation for compliance and records of service provision are completed.
About You...
We are seeking someone who can lead a cleaning team with care and consideration, whilst maintaining a high quality of service.
Our ideal candidate will have:
* Evening availability
* NDIS Worker Screening Check
* NDIS Worker Module 'Quality, Safety & You'
* Experience working in a supervisory role within the cleaning industry
* Highly developed verbal & written communication skills
* Highly developed planning, co-ordination and time management skills
* Highly developed interpersonal skills & ability to develop rapport with employees/customers
* Good skills in training, and an ability to relate to others from various backgrounds.
* The desire to contribute to our purpose and grow with the company.
* Qualification in one of the following areas is desirable but not essential:
* Certificate IV Community Services, Mental Health, Disability or related studies, and/or Certificate IV Asset Maintenance
