From time to time, or more generally as appropriate, the post holder may be expected to develop and provide direct line management to more junior members of staff.
To fulfil this role the post holder will need to develop effective working relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders, including (but not limited to) the following.

They will work closely with staff in a wide variety of areas, seniorities and specialisms to understand and develop a very wide range of data management and reporting outputs. This will require not only the post holder's subject matter specialism in data analysis and reporting, but will require them being able to learn from, and understand, these colleagues’ area of specialism and be able to translate this information into appropriate outputs to support programme delivery at SCFT and partner organisations.
They will also be expected to present case studies on the CWC programme at regional, national and international conferences, representing SCFT and other partners.
