£30,000 base salary Uncapped Commission £45,000 to £50,000 OTE

Role Overview:
As an Internal Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in the development and growth of our trade channel, with a primary focus on being reactive to inbound enquiries. Your key responsibility will be converting enquiries into quotations and ultimately securing orders. You will work closely with various internal teams to ensure successful project execution and foster long-term customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
* Technical Consultation & Quotation: Provide technical advice to clients and develop accurate quotations within your area of responsibility.
* Customer Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and continued business.
* Sales Planning: Develop weekly and monthly sales plans, including sales forecasts, to track performance and ensure goals are met.
* Project Coordination: Collaborate with the Engineering, Logistics, Installation, and Administrative departments to ensure seamless project completion.
Qualifications and Experience:
* Proactive & Results-Driven: Demonstrated ability to work hard, take initiative, and be motivated by success.
* Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to multitask and handle multiple priorities.
* Technical Aptitude: A technical background is essential, ideally in engineering or a related field (business/marketing equivalent is also acceptable).
* Sales Experience: 2-5 years of experience in a sales role, with a proven ability to drive performance and achieve targets.
* Software Proficiency: Experience with CAD (not essential, training provided) or similar software, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office tools such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
