You will support services both on ground and in orbit - joining a pro-active and engaging team, who celebrate both failures and successes and share the same vision to benefit humanity through transforming the return from space.
Utilising your blend of technical skills – you’ll diagnose/resolve technical issues, and be responsible for Azure AD, Intune, Autopilot, DHCP and DNS management. You’ll also be tasked with the rollout, deployment & migration of new technologies; undertaking small-to-medium IT projects as instructed.
Key responsibilities include; backup management, patch management, asset management, network monitoring, troubleshooting of end user hardware and software issues, troubleshooting WiFi and infrastructure issues, plus documentation of processes and procedures.
Skills/experience we are most interested in:
* Experience with AzureAD, Intune and Autopilot
* You’ve supported remote and local users via a ticketing system
* Patch and Backup Management experience
* Experience with PowerShell
Desirable:
* Experience working in environments holding certifications such as Cyber Essentials and ISO 27001
* Experience managing DHCP and DNS services
* Experience maintaining managed WiFi Solutions
* Experience managing Ubiquiti hardware, and network administration
