Are you a dynamic and experienced leader looking for an exciting opportunity in the world of retail management? Our client Armatile, is seeking a Showroom Manager to join their team and make a mark in their Armagh Showroom. This is a fantastic full-time permanent position for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.

About Armatile:
Armatile is a leading name in the tile industry, and as the Showroom Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing and supporting the showroom team, working closely with various departments throughout Armatile. You will report directly to the Retail Director, providing regular updates and insights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, motivate, and guide our retail staff to maximize sales opportunities.
- Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with both our retail and commercial customers.
- Champion exceptional customer service throughout every stage of the customer's purchasing journey.
- Ensure the showroom maintains a professional appearance and adheres to company standards.
- Exceed branch sales and margin targets to drive profitability.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to coordinate promotional campaigns and maintain an appealing showroom display.
- Work closely with the Retail Director to identify process improvements and targeted sales opportunities.
- Facilitate seamless coordination between the sales and warehouse teams to ensure stock availability for orders and sales.
- Uphold strict health and safety standards to ensure the well-being of our staff and customers.
- Handle general administration and maintain accurate records.
Essential Criteria:
- A minimum of 3 years of managerial experience or a related Managerial Qualification, coupled with a proven background in tile sales or a related environment.
- Strong supervisory and people skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, exhibiting a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Numerate and analytical with an unwavering attention to detail.
- Proficiency in IT skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office packages.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently and as part of a team.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- A keen sense of commercial awareness.

Hours of Work:
- 40 hours per week, structured as follows:
- Weekdays: 8:30 am to 5:30 pm
- Saturday: 9:00 am to 3:30 pm (on a shift basis, with a day off during the week)
