Job Title: Branch Administrator
Location: 🏙️ Newcastle Centre (close to Manors & Monument metro)
Remuneration: 💰£26k plus monthly bonus!
Contract Details: Permanent, Full Time (Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week; 3 days office based, 2 days working from home)

Responsibilities:
The first voice our customers hear when they call! 📞
Conduct pre-employment and compliance checks for every temporary worker.
Assist Consultants in filling temporary roles - usually at speed!
Source high-quality candidates daily through advertising, social media, LinkedIn, and job boards.
Create and send assignment confirmations-keeping everything running smoothly!📧
Review applications and conduct registrations to match candidates with the perfect roles.
Understand and manage candidate aspirations-help them find their dream job!
Prepare CVs and correspondence for clients regarding suitable applicants ✍🏻
Monitor weekly timesheet submissions for a seamless payroll process.
Champion candidate care-making each experience memorable!
Get creative with marketing-utilising provided materials to attract talent!About You:
