Company Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Management Systems Engineer to join our team in Bath.
In this crucial role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining our organisation's Business Management Systems to ensure the highest standards of product and service quality. Your key responsibilities will include developing and maintaining comprehensive business management systems (BMS) across the organisation, coordinating and supporting internal and external management system audits to ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, regulations, and business-critical certifications. You will also support the development and maintenance of business management system documentation, predominantly covering critical standards such as quality, environment, health, and safety.
Staying current with industry regulations and standards, you will provide high-quality subject matter expertise and facilitate the delivery of the management review process, preparing necessary information. Additionally, you will adopt a strong coaching mentality when engaging with stakeholders, focusing on the training and development needs of the internal audit team. Your role will be pivotal in supporting a culture of process-driven compliance through positive collaboration and robust problem-solving.
Qualifications
1. Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in compliance-focused roles, preferably in a manufacturing or relevant industry.
2. Knowledge of nuclear industry and requirements is preferred.
3. Proven experience in implementing and maintaining management systems.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization.
5. Proficiency in systems software and tools.
6. Professional certifications such as Certified Quality Manager (CQM), Six Sigma Black Belt, Lead Auditor, or relevant ASQ certifications are highly desirable.
7. In-depth knowledge of relevant industry-specific quality standards and regulations.
