Job Purpose
Working within the eCommerce team, this role will be key to support the development and execution of our Extended range programme. Responsible for the merchandising, promotional set up and maintenance, covering a variety of retail range extensions. The role will focus on ensuring our offer is fully served online, with optimised listings and the journey meets customer needs, supporting business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
* Act as a Digital expert in setting up and listing Retail products, optimising the online customer journey to support business objectives.
* Collaborate across Ecommerce and other functions to ensure new ranges and existing extended range products are created and optimised using best practices, including correct attribution, images, copy, and merchandising.
* Engage with cross-functional teams and attend meetings to align on product launches, sales, marketing, and strategy, while sharing best practices within the Digital Ecommerce team.
* Support onsite development and digital enhancements by leveraging customer insights and data to drive improvements in user experience and service attachment.
* Ensure timely and accurate execution of online product updates, promotional events, and merchandising changes in coordination with Ecommerce, Digital, Customer, and Marketing teams.
* Implement digital strategy changes based on customer feedback, competitive insights, and eCommerce goals.
* Analyse commercial and web metrics to optimise service bookings and customer experience
