Whatyou'll do
* Work aspart of an agile feature teams to design, build and deliverincremental improvements for our clients and gather customerfeedback.
* Learn the Cardsprocessing platforms, high-level architecture, data architecture,and the configurationcapabilities.
* Define,develop and test configuration changes and manage the releaseprocess. Implement robust change management processes thatadhere to IT securityprinciples.
* Testconfiguration changes and new platform releases, leveraging anddeveloping test automationtooling.
* Learn and apply ITpolicies, such as data compliance andcontrols
* Analyse platformdata and lead on implementingimprovements.
* Collaboratewith vendors to raise system issues and manage the resolution toconclusion, always looking for opportunities to improve ways ofworking.
* Incident andproblem management to continuously improve productperformance.
Whatyou’ll need
We're ateam, always learning and developing, here are the skills we aim todevelop and improve on which are all based on having a passion andenthusiasm for learning newskills:
* Good understanding ofsoftware systems andconfiguration.
* Ability tocode basic SQL to analyse data and investigateissues.
* Basic skills in asoftware language and interest to learn more (preferablynode.js/typescript).
* Experiencewith agile delivery methods, including planning, tracking, andproblem-solving.
* Excellentcommunication skills and the ability to make decisions efficiently,ability to build and maintain relationships at alllevels.
* Experience in publiccloud-based delivery, infrastructure delivery, and applicationmigrations.
* Knowledge ofCards processing platforms is highly desirable (preferably FiservVision+ or TSYSTS2).
* Knowledge of VISApayments isdesirable
