The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing client accounts, ensuring accurate data entry, and providing exceptional administrative support. This position requires strong phone etiquette and clerical skills, as well as proficiency in various software applications to facilitate efficient operations. Manage and maintain client accounts with attention to detail and accuracy. Perform data entry tasks, ensuring all information is up-to-date and correctly recorded. Applications for Payment & Retention Provide administrative support, including filing, document preparation, and correspondence management. Financial record-keeping and invoicing. Assist in the organisation of office operations and procedures to enhance efficiency. Handle phone enquiries with professionalism and courtesy, addressing client needs promptly.
