Our team is passionate about technology and dedicated to providing exceptional service. We are looking for a motivated Junior IT Account Manager to join our growing team in Dudley.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their IT needs are met and exceeded.
2. Account Management: Manage client accounts, including regular check-ins, addressing concerns, and identifying opportunities for additional services.
3. Technical Support Coordination: Work closely with our technical team to ensure timely and effective resolution of client issues.
4. Sales Support: Assist in the preparation of proposals, quotes, and presentations for potential and existing clients.
5. Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to provide valuable insights to clients.
Requirements:
1. Experience: Previous experience in account management or a customer-facing role, preferably within the IT sector.
2. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
3. Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of IT services and solutions.
4. Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
5. Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
6. Education: A degree in IT, Business, or a related field is preferred but not essential.
