The group employs over 1,300 people with 16 sales offices in the UK, and the Republic of Ireland, plus European teams in France, Belgium and the Netherlands and internationally in Cape Town Hong Kong, China, India and the UAE.
We are looking for
A Logistic Administrator who is experienced in dealing directly with customers, as well as proficiency in warehouse management systems. You will need to be an excellent communicator with a background in warehouse/logistics administration and customer service. The successful candidate will be organised, process-driven, articulate, and able to manage tasks efficiently while maintaining strong communication skills in a dynamic environment.
**Shift patterns available**
2x vacancies - Monday to Friday (onsite) – 09:00am – 17:30pm or 14:00pm-22:00pm (£27,269.25 per annum)

What you will be as an Logistic Administrator
* Excellent customer service skills and the ability to provide effective and accurate information to customers.
* Investigate and resolve customer queries – escalating as appropriate to internal stakeholders.
* Accurate data entry within the Warehouse Management Systems collating relevant documentation and record keeping in line with HMRC procedures.
* Managing receipt and dispatch operations; Scheduling deliveries, waving orders and liaise with customers on all inbound and outbound enquiries.
* Monitoring operational performance, capturing data and KPIs and reporting to internal and external stakeholders.
* Liaise effectively across departments including Goods In, the Gatehouse and third-party hauliers to resolve issues and ensure the inbound procedures are followed.
* Contribute to and maintain departmental Standard Operating Procedures.
* Run relevant reports and apply financial awareness to customer invoices to ensure correct reimbursement is received for all costs incurred, ensuring all activities are captured for billing purposes.

* Articulate and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
* Previous experience with HMRC or bonded goods is desirable.
