We create reasons for our 40 million+ customers across the globe to choose more of Tesco more often, through our Clubcard Proposition. This role manages key Clubcard propositions, creating ongoing reasons for customers to engage with Clubcard & Tesco. We want customers to access the best value from Tesco, which in turn drives loyalty to Tesco. We define Propositions as services, products or promises that deliver against a specific customer need. This role works within the Membership and Loyalty team, and works collaboratively across the wider customer and technology teams.
You will be responsible for
* Being the customer lead to develop new and evolve existing Clubcard Propositions ensuring that the insights, missions, needs, benefits and RTBs are clear and that the proposition is brilliantly executed across the 6Ps.
* Working collaboratively across the customer and technology teams, to turn concepts into propositions across the 6Ps.
* Ensuring there is visibility across the customer team on the plans and activities, connecting teams and plans to deliver the best experience for our customers.
* Constantly monitor the market and customer metrics in loyalty & retail to proactively identify issues and opportunities.
* Brief insight, execution (communication), technology and brand teams to bring propositions to life as a champion for the channel.
* Using passion for retail, customers and data to keep up to date with the latest customer trends, channel trends and competitor activity to spot opportunities for Tesco.
* Having a flair for storytelling and natural influencing skills to energise the business and stakeholders.
You will need

* Strategic, logical approach to thinking & planning
* Confidence in analysing and distilling information and insight to make clear recommendations based on multiple data sources
* Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities from around the business
* Ability to ladder your work up to the broader Clubcard & business strategy
* Experience in crafting a differentiated brand positioning
* Ability to develop a consistent brand identity and design
* Experience and skill generating engaging concepts and motivating propositions
