We are seeking an organised and detail-oriented individual to join our team, providing essential support to consultants, specialist nurses, and their medical teams. In this role, you will be a key contributor to a responsive and patient-focused pathway, helping our division meet the high standards and requirements of the Trust.
You will be expected to work flexibly across specialty teams, offering comprehensive administrative support to consultants, nurse specialists, and the senior medical secretary as needed. If you are a proactive team player with excellent organizational skills and a commitment to supporting patient care, we would love to hear from you.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Proficiency in audio typing and experience with EPRO (or similar systems) is advantageous.
• Strong organisational abilities with attention to detail in handling confidential information.
• Flexibility to work across teams and adapt to the varying needs of different specialties.

• Audio Typing:Produce accurate and timely correspondence and reports through audio typing using the EPRO system.
• Document Preparation and Scanning:Prepare patient results and correspondence for scanning into EVOLVE to ensure efficient record-keeping.
• Correspondence Management:Issue, prepare, and send patient correspondence promptly to maintain clear and effective communication.
• Meeting and Clinic Preparation:Organize and prepare necessary documents for meetings and clinics to support the smooth operation of all activities.
