We are looking for a Team Manager to join our flagship M&S site in Bradford. You’ll be responsible for delivering operational excellence in efficiency, quality and cost for your area and team, through the development of people, processes, facilities and deployment of best practices.
This is a full time, permanent position, predominately working Monday to Friday, 14:00 - 22:00.

You’ll be paid a salary of up to £34,000.00 per annum. What you’ll do on a typical day:
1. Take full responsibility for the day to day running of the warehouse in your area, leading, motivating and developing your team to achieve challenging targets.
2. Ensure resource planning is effectively carried out to optimise resources and efficiencies.
3. With a good understanding of Health & Safety, strive to ensure all operational processes are fully compliant with our policies, while accurately identifying risks and escalating your findings.
4. Effectively communicate with all stakeholders to fully understand our customer and company requirements, incorporating them into all planning and reporting tools, activities and projects.
