An established city centre organisation is looking for a Business Development Manager to join their team.
Salary: Up to £33K per year plus uncapped commission.
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Location: Norwich / Full Onsite (No Remote or Hybrid). Occasional need to visit exhibitions and events.
What's the role?
Working with the Client and Business Development Director, your main responsibilities will be:
1. Developing new business opportunities at all stages of the sales cycle
2. Building long-term strategic business relationships
3. Working with the agency creatives to prepare and present pitches
4. Monitoring and developing opportunity pipeline
5. Supporting client onboarding
6. Proactively assisting the marketing communications
Who is their ideal candidate?
Their ideal candidate will come from a digital sales, advertising sales, or PPC sales background.
You will be an outstanding communicator, capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment and within creative sales. You will be up to date with market intelligence and used to working with a team of creatives and client service professionals.
Minimum Requirements:
2+ years of experience in a similar role within the digital or PPC or Google Analytics space.
Experience of successfully winning new business and deal closure, with a history of generating business opportunities.
Ability to travel for client meetings in the locality on occasion.
