Project Manager will Oversee the execution of the portfolio of programs driven by the IT organization in partnership across NCR Atleos business divisions while ensuring the realization of benefits within the scope, schedule, budget, and quality constraints. The incumbent will be responsible for the management of IT application and infrastructure projects and the supporting project teams. Location: Dundee Salary: £56-75K (depending on skills and exp attractive bonus plan (7.5-10%) The project teams are composed of globally distributed technical and business team members, including both internal and vendor resources, to deliver solutions and services to clients. The incumbent will interact closely with business analysts, developers, internal constituents, as well as external vendor or customer partners to define the project scope and detailed project deliverables required by defined NCR Atleos project processes. They will leverage their expert knowledge of Salesforce to enhance project outcomes and ensure seamless integration with existing systems. Additionally, the incumbent will utilize their prior experience in managing mergers and acquisitions projects to navigate complex organizational changes and align IT initiatives with strategic business goals. The incumbent will partner with subject matter experts to translate project objectives and requirements into schedules and tasks, leveraging their expert knowledge of the technical components, architecture, skills, and expertise as needed. Finally, the incumbent will assure proper conduct of all team members, ensure all appropriate documentation is produced, and facilitate appropriate communications regarding assigned project engagements. Working in a cross-functional environment and drive execution. Successfully manages schedule, cost and quality of defined project(s). Leading Project Team(s) - forming respective teams, leading team meetings, developing critical path schedules, developing metrics and process to evaluate progress, planning action steps, managing issues and mitigating risks, publishing and reviewing status documents. Familiarity with technology infrastructure components including application development methodologies, systems and servers. Strong communication skills - Clearly convey information and ideas through a variety of media to individuals or groups. (i.e.: Organizes communication; adjusts to audience; ensures understanding; comprehends communication from others). Adaptability/Flexibility - Demonstrates the ability to maintain professionalism and a positive attitude when encountering changes in the workplace. Coordinates with IT management, business managers, resource managers and the PMO manager for resource assignments, creation of project deliverables, issue resolution and escalation as needed Required Skills/ Experience PMP Certified Demonstrated ability to adapt communications to all levels of management and project teams Experience in Project/Program Management in support of IT projects. Ability to work with an offshore development team. Ability to work well with non-technical business partners Ability to understand and apply financial principles (capital, expense, amortization, NPV, ROI) as they relate to project planning and tracking. Must be fluent in use of Microsoft Office Applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Microsoft Project, and Microsoft SharePoint.
