Deliver high-quality clinical care while working autonomously as a GP, adhering to GMC standards and the GMS contract. Assess patient triage messages, ensuring patients are booked in with the appropriate Clinican or signposted to services more beneficial to patient needs Manage a diverse caseload, including the assessment and treatment of patients with undifferentiated and undiagnosed problems. Develop and implement care plans in consultation with patients, providing counselling and health education. Complete a share of daily tasks, queries and prescription sign offs. Maintain accurate, contemporaneous consultation notes using SystmOne, and manage prescriptions according to guidelines.
