About The Role We are looking for a talented mid-weight visual designer to join the 11:FS Growth team on an initial 6 month FTC, working on marketing design projects across our brand properties and marketing channels. You will bring creative ideas and amazing design skills to the team and help elevate our 11:FS brand and associated business lines and media properties through beautiful as well as functional design. What you’ll be doing From day one you’ll be involved in multiple aspects of asset production and management, across web page design and build; print and digital event graphics; research reports and presentation slide design; social media assets; email marketing; podcast and video publication and distribution assets and more. The ideal candidate will be real self starter who can: Work across multiple projects and deadlines Manage your own timelines, prioritisation and resource (with support from line manager) Work independently and/or to briefs from colleagues within the Growth team, as well as any external clients that we may collaborate with Deliver creative visual assets that brings our brand, as well as our product & service campaigns, to life Deliver design concepts through to execution Brand design Brand guidelines guardianship and quality control Brand evolution Collaborate with other designers, videographers and motion designers across 11:FS Group As a part of the marketing team and Design Tribe, you will: Constantly challenge yourself and the team on how we work, helping to adopt new practices and tools Work across multiple project deadlines Give and seek feedback to continually raise the bar for quality What would make you an excellent fit for us: 5 years experience as a visual / brand designer Experience in creating digital visual designs for websites and social platforms as well as translating those into print assets Strong understanding of the different social media platforms to create engaging content Highly competent with Adobe Creative Suite: InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Figma Highly competent with presentation design using Google slides and InDesign Creation of illustrations for research reports and marketing campaigns The ability to understand and follow a design system, as well as challenge and contribute to it when needed Strong understanding of mobile-first and responsive design Familiarity with Webflow Adobe After Effects to bring these designs into motion is a plus Portfolio: As a part of the application process, we would love for you to share a portfolio that demonstrates: Diverse work across print, digital, etc as laid out above Examples of campaign rollout from concept to execution across multiple channels Evidence of brand design
