Are you passionate about patient care and helping patients to remain in their own homes and prevent hospital admissions? We are seeking to appoint passionate and enthusiastic ICC Hub Coordinators to support our teams and service users within the Community Health Services for Nursing and Therapy based at Hilltop Heights, Carlisle. Full and part time applications will be considered. Free parking available.
Our service currently operates 08:00 to 19:00 Monday - Friday and 08:00- 16:00 at weekends and bank Holidays. There is an aspiration that the hub operating hours will extend to working 08:00-20:00 at some point in the future. Therefore, the post requires the candidate to be fully flexible and able to cover all shifts. Shift lengths are 7.5 hours per day. This service also operates on weekends and Bank Holidays - enhancements are paid when working these days. There are 8 ICC Hubs in total in Cumbria of which you will be expected to cover from time to time (Travel/ Mileage will be paid).
Main duties of the job
As an Administrator in a Multi-disciplinary team, work with other administrators and health and social care professionals to develop the ethos of multi-disciplinary, integrated care and seamless services ensuring that patient care is delivered to the highest possible standard. As an Administrator working under the general direction of the Senior Hub Coordinator, undertake a range of administrative duties. Develop and maintain administrative systems, procedures, and records to enable the team to deliver effective community services and to ensure that the office environment is safe, appropriately maintained, and equipped.
You will be required to participate in a rota to provide cover between 08:00 and 19:00 Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 16:00 at Weekends and Bank Holidays. There is an aspiration that the hub operating hours will extend to working 08:00-20:00 at some point in the future.

Qualifications
* GCSE Maths and English or equivalent
* NVQ2 in Business Admin or equivalent relevant business subject
* ECDL or equivalent
Experience
* Able to demonstrate previous office experience
* Able to demonstrate experience of regular working with electronic management information systems
