We have strong connections to our PCN, with a great multi-generational patient population. The Practice List size of 13,800 An innovative and supportive team, comprising of two partners, six GPs, two trainee ACPs, two practice pharmacists, three nurses, two HCAs, a practice manager, an assistant practice manager, reception managers, receptionists, administrators and secretaries. The Practice is consistently benchmarked as high performing in ICB and PCN contracts across a range of indicators, including referrals and prescribing. Bi-weekly MDT with social and community care. Training practice. Main duties of the job The Role We are offering 6 sessions working on Monday, Thursday & Friday. Interests and personal development strongly encouraged. Support for being/becoming a trainer for interested candidates.
