We’re recruiting for a Salaried General Practitioner to provide 5 – 8 sessions per week, with the opportunity to work flexibly.

We are offering:
* 15 minutes allocated for patient appointments during collective action
* Flexible working plan with up to 25% of your time remote working

* 7 weeks leave (pro rata) and 9 sessions study leave per annum (pro rata)
* 10 Partners, 14 Salaried GPs and a total of around 135 staff
* 18 Practice Nurses, 8 Health Care Assistants, 2 Phlebotomists and 1 Paramedic
* A team of Nurse Practitioners who manage our urgent ‘on the day’ care
* A dedicated Mental Health Nurse and a Social Prescribing team
* Pharmacists who manage patient medication queries and discharge letters
* Embracing IT systems to minimise GP workload and a fantastic admin team who provides efficient and friendly support
* We regularly invest in collective and individual staff training
* We are a Medical Academy and Training Practice supporting student training and future GPs
* We work closely with our established Primary Care Network Community Services and the CCG
* We achieved a ‘Good’ CQC report in September 2018 and again in Feb 2022
Our team includes a diverse range of clinicians. We have a strong team ethos across our Practice, making time for a coffee catch-up each morning. A Partner mentor will be on hand to support and nurture you in your new role, as well as offer ongoing clinical support as you need it.
