At Thrive Tribe, we deliver award-winning healthy lifestyle and wellbeing programmes that make people happier and healthier! We’re looking for a Triage and Support Officer to join our Thriving Nottingham service. Thriving Nottingham is an Integrated Wellbeing Service supporting local residents since April 2024 with Smoking Cessation, Weight Management, Physical Activity, Child and Family programmes, and Health Coaching.
Like all roles at Thrive Tribe, you can expect your work to be fun, varied, and challenging. We don’t stick rigidly to a fixed JD, as roles evolve to suit our strengths and needs.
A typical day as a Triage and Support Officer might include:
1. Using various systems and approaches to provide clients with a positive, client-centred onboarding experience. Offering guidance and support via phone and written communication to align clients with suitable health interventions. (Training provided if successful).
2. Contacting clients daily who wish to start their journey, being friendly, warm, and empathetic, while accurately recording their information.
3. Responding to information requests from clients, partner organizations, and the public.
4. Taking responsibility for your own training and development to maximize impact.
5. Collaborating with colleagues across Thrive Tribe services to contribute to projects and service improvements.
6. Promoting Thrive Tribe’s ethos and embedding our values in daily work.
About you...

Contract: PERMANENT, full-time and part-time positions available.
Salary: Starting at £23,800 per year (FTE).
