Job description
As an Associate Dentist, you will be responsible for providing a wide range of dental treatments to a diverse patient base. You will work collaboratively with a dedicated team of dental professionals to ensure the highest standard of care and patient satisfaction.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
* Conducting comprehensive dental examinations and diagnosing oral health conditions.
* Developing and implementing personalised treatment plans for patients.
* Performing routine and complex dental procedures, including fillings, crowns, bridges, root canals, and extractions.
* Providing preventive dental care and education to patients.
* Maintaining accurate and detailed patient records.
* Collaborating with dental hygienists, dental nurses, and other staff to ensure seamless patient care.
* Staying updated with the latest developments in dentistry and participate in continuous professional development (CPD) activities.
Requirements:
* BDS or equivalent dental degree.
* Full registration with the General Dental Council (GDC).
* Proven experience in a dental practice setting.
* Strong clinical skills and proficiency in performing a variety of dental procedures.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Compassionate and patient-focused approach.
* Ability to work effectively within a team.
* Commitment to ongoing professional development.
* Enhanced DBS dated within the last 12 months. On the update service? You could be fast tracked through our recruitment process today.
* Willingness to complete an enhanced DBS if you do not currently hold one.
