Together we are seeking a Clinical Lead ( RMN / RNLD ) for their specialist eating disorder hospital for adults based in High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire. This role is for an aspiring nurse leader looking to remain in a clinically focussed role whilst developing your skills in operational leadership, quality and strategy. Key Responsibilities: As a qualified Clinical Lead ( RMN / RNLD ), you will report into the Hospital Director, forming part of the hospitals Senior Management Team. This role is close to Matron/Team Lead/Clinical Lead within the NHS Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: You will oversee nursing team, working in partnership with the support of full MDT to design and implement packages of care and ensure the quality of services delivered. Responsible for the implementation of effective clinical interventions and ensures that treatment is designed to enhance the operation and quality of clinical services and is aligned to best practice. Ensures that all members of the nursing team receive clinical supervision, complete mandatory training, appraisal, and can further develop their careers.
