Hours: Up to 44 hours per week Location: Tring and Watford Salary: £24,071 - £25,674 per annum Closing date: 23 January 2025 Interview Date: To be confirmed The role of Rapid Personalised Care Service Healthcare Assistant ( RPCS ) is in place to provide end of life care to patients in their own homes in the final weeks of life. You will work in the community so a car and driving licence will be essential. KEY ACTIVITIES • Competently working alone, as required, with patients and families in the home environment with remote support and guidance from the RPCS Management in adherence to lone worker policy and procedure.• Working collaboratively with hospice and community partners.• Acting as a Rennie Grove Peace Hospice Care ambassador, actively demonstrating our values and positively promoting the specialist care we provide.
