As a Team Member in our café, you'll be involved in various tasks — from cooking and serving customers to maintaining cleanliness and safety standards. Your role is vital in ensuring a positive experience for our customers and maintaining the café's operations.
Responsibilities include:
* Keeping kitchen equipment and utensils clean and tidy.
* Serving customers efficiently and courteously.
* Adhering to food safety and hygiene regulations and maintaining records.
* Practicing FIFO stock rotation to ensure food freshness.
* Accepting deliveries and storing food safely.
* Following operational policies and procedures.
* Preparing, cooking, and serving food as per menu specifications.
* Maintaining standards and ensuring food availability.
* Understanding the café’s menu thoroughly and serving accordingly.
* Handling customer complaints and informing the Café Manager.
* Keeping up with business updates and initiatives.
Requirements:
* Commitment to hospitality and customer service excellence.
* Knowledge of health and safety standards.
* Ability to work efficiently and maintain cleanliness.
