A self-motivated Regional General Manager with strong leadership qualities, needed to take overall responsibility for a multi-site time sensitive busy operation. This is a fantastic opportunity for a logistics professional that is a natural leader to make a difference. Must have client facing experience, and vast experience of managing multi-site operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing this busy operation on a day-to-day basis; co-ordinating the time-sensitive operation to ensure effective use of resource across all functions.
Planning the operation to ensure targets and stringent time restraints are met.
Continuously improve operational and financial efficiencies.
Delivering the P&L; preparing and analysing weekly and monthly reports and ensuring the information is accurate.
Ensuring compliance with HSE and HR.
Key Skills/Experience:
A strong attention to detail.
Strong planning and organising proficiencies.
Confident and articulate communication abilities.
Ideally you will have a CPC.
Highly developed people management and delegation skills. With the ability to develop individual team members to their full potential.
Excellent IT skills.
P&L management experience with the ability to manage and develop KPI's.
